A Worldbuilding Substack I Highly Recommend
(I love her insight and her articles have sparked inspiration in my works in progress!)
I apologize for my absence lately. Between a bout of illness, edits on my upcoming book, and a short spring break trip, I’ve been out of sorts and out of my normal routine. I’m happy to say I’m recovered, am awaiting second round edits, and am home.
While I’m relatively new to the substack space, I’ve found some real gems and I’m so glad to have joined the community.
One of those glittering, priceless persons, is Angeline Trevena.
If you haven’t followed her, and you write and worldbuild, I highly suggest that you subscribe to her substack.
I’m a subscriber. I’ve purchased her books on worldbuilding based on her substack articles alone. They are phenomenal. I’ve had so many new epiphanies because of her suggestions and the way she suggests you unravel a world.
It’s refreshing to find new ways of seeing worlds - ours, fictional ones, etc.
I hope you find value in her wisdom, that you can also learn from her crafting of worlds and maps, and that you enjoy her posts as much as I do.
Until next time,
Casey
